Rob is a decisive and assertive planning manager, who has managed teams at the highest level. He has been part of multiple business improvement programmes across numerous different companies, giving him an excellent insight into how companies operate, evolve and increase efficiencies.

Rob’s career has seen him work for tier-1 main contractors, as well as directly for clients. This unique perspective allows him to assess and manage multiple stakeholders across all stages of project and programme lifecycles.

Rob spent several years as planning and programme lead of Jaguar Land Rovers global capital expansion programme, which saw him work across the UK, Eastern Europe and South America.

Rob adopts a team approach that can offer different ways of working, identifying opportunities and management of risks. Robert believes that effective planning is driven by a detailed, collaborative process that is initiated at the pre-construction stage and carried through the construction stage to completion.
